Thanks, Rodereck Quemanhan!
Had earlier interactions with two other agents regarding problem with our php upgrade failure which created other issues including login issues with Wordpress. They tried their very best to help.

But, Rodereck Quemanhan was the only person who understood the problem and resolved them. He did so quickly and kept us informed about what he was doing. He knew what he was doing and proved very knowledgeable. He resolved the issues with our website that had persisted for few days and probably could have caused us extra money to resolve. Thanks!

Outstanding Customer Service & Technical Support
Ayan helped with a complex email issue. She was exceptionally patient, explained the solution clearly and went the extra mile to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Her customer service skills were (honestly) the best I have experienced (ever). Simply outstanding. Well done!

The person I dealt with was Lyn Mae and she was accurate and efficient. And sorted all my questions.

Obviously there will sometimes be a wait but it would be useful if I could type in my question before I go live or while I'm waiting. Just a desighn feature but it would shorten the whole time I spend on this particular task and be more efficient of the agent's time.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service; they dealt with my pre-sales email hosting queries in a swift and efficient manner. They recommended a different package, which perfectly suited my needs, and was no more expensive than the one I was enquiring about.

Transferring from my previous host, and setup, was easy and fast, and in under an hour, I had fully functioning email, which comes with a full control panel, too.

It's been a week now, and so far, so good. Zero issues, and everything in working order. Very impressed with Fasthosts so far.

Bought a domain, a hosting package and an online shop then spent almost 2 days trying to link and activate the site.

Customer Service Broke Our Website
Needed a website redirect implemented to move traffic from our Fasthosts domain to a new Squarespace domain. The consequence of calling customer service was constant delays (9 calls over two days where nothing was solved), a broken original website that suggests to visitors we're closed, a £42 bill, and still no redirect! Not just poor service, but an actively destructive one that sets us back further than when we started.

Great customer service.
Hi there, had trouble paying for domains online using my company credit card so used the Chat facility. The Chat box is not full screen and the operator obviously doesn't have access to the details I had already entered, so when I re-entered the domain name at the request of the operator I inadvertently missed out an "s" rendering the domain name useless. Only noticed after paying. I had to pay again for the one I wanted.
* Great follow up from Fasthosts customer service, full refund and deletion of erroneous domain names (which was ultimately my responsibility for getting wrong!) hence 5 star update!

Fasthosts.co.uk is EXCELLENT, HONEST, SWIFT & SAFE!
I am convinced that certain companies in this field (a known one for certain) claim your .com domains are unavailable, while they take them, themselves. I also know for certain that Fasthosts DOES NOT DO THAT. It is a delight working with fasthosts.co.uk/ because it is EXCELLENT, HONEST, SWIFT & SAFE!

Complaint Private & Confidential
Dear Georgia,

This service is not as described and hopefully what I have now put into motion will stop Fast Hosts from taking advantage of other people. Fast Hosts packages have caused "a failure to deliver fair outcomes for consumers." This includes providing customers with misleading information or recommending that they purchase unsuitable products which are not as described and mis-sold. Please, may I suggest you read the emails instead of asking me to explain once again all over again!
Have not been allowed to cancel these misrepresented sales hence cancelled all transactions and HSBC now have the beginnings of the whole case file as of today.
The Fast Hosts promises within their charter they do not keep.
Informed Trading Standards who have raised a case.
The services never brought any customers, and we never had a shop created and neither did we have an interactive site whereby feedback can be left within a sign in membership portal for online groups and students and gallery for their work. These mis-sold packages cost money and as the Fast Hosts after continuously asking them to cancel ignored and went ahead after doing so within time limits to use my debit card.
We wished to have a WordPress site not the salesperson's mis sold products. Not as described either as evidence proves.

I wish I had gone with an another…
I wish I had gone with an another provider there is no support over weekends.I only wanted one domain it signed me two.was unable to cancel the website builder is not so user friendly for beginners so it doesn’t do as they profess in their sales

Fasthosts - an excellent domain/email provider
Fasthosts has been my domain name and email provider for some years. I am not very skilled in technical matters but I can always turn to them for clear and patient assistance if any issues arise - which they very rarely do. Recently Lyn-Mae patiently took me through my email glitch and stayed with me until everything was working again.
